When Chris mentioned his beautifully designed bags that hadn’t been archived, we knew we had to capture them. We brought in our friend and fashion designer Kiko Domo and also had Kistler Taculba, a talented makeup artist, join us to add his touch to the shoot. It became a celebration of Chris’ work, and a joy to be part of that creative process together.

Chris’s contributions have earned him notable accolades, including being recognized as a 2024 Metrobank Art & Design Excellence Awardee, a reflection of his dedication to elevating art and design rooted in Mindanao. He’s also been involved in projects in Manila, collaborated with Luna Artisanal Space, and worked on initiatives that merge local craftsmanship with contemporary design.
