Models Boot Camp Alpha
The Beginning of a Movement
Models Boot Camp Alpha was the very first step in what would grow into one of Cagayan de Oro’s most exciting platforms for fresh talent. Born from a collaboration between The Style Firm, the Models Association of Cagayan de Oro, and The Factory Studio, it set out to give aspiring models more than just training — it gave them confidence, direction, and a real way into the industry.
The idea came from Zoe Botwin, one of the city’s most respected stylists. With Zoe’s vision, the workshop brought together styling, movement, and presentation, turning it into a full learning experience.
The program also featured Nikki De Moura, whose story of discipline and grace gave participants a real role model to look up to. Local businesses joined in too, proving that modeling isn’t just about fashion shows or photoshoots — it’s also about community, opportunity, and growth.
One of the highlights of Alpha was the denim-on-denim photoshoot at The Factory Studio. This session gave participants their first taste of a professional campaign, with clean lines, bold styling, and the kind of creative energy that defines the city’s fashion scene. The shoot not only captured the individuality of each model but also documented the collaborative spirit of the workshop itself.
What made Class Alpha so special was its pioneering spirit. For the first time, modeling in Cagayan de Oro was approached in a professional, structured way: guided by experts, built on collaboration, and powered by the city’s creative energy.
Alpha wasn’t just a workshop. It was the start of a tradition — one that continues to shape the next generation of models every time a new class steps forward.
